STT PODOSCAN is a complete solution for the foot scanning and insole customized design. The process is very simple and it just requires pressing the scan button while the patient rests the foot on the scanning window. As a result, it automatically creates a 3d model of the sole of the foot.
The software communicates with the scanner itself through a USB port, and it manages all hardware components automatically. Once the 3d model is created (in standard formats) the software guides the user through the dimension setting module. Also notes and comments can be made so that they can then be taken into account in the insole manufacturing process.
Finally, all data can be managed using a customer-oriented database.
